Euzet-les-Bains (Euzet 30) is located in the Gard department, within the Occitanie region of southern France.
Occitanie was established in 2016 through the merger of Languedoc-Roussillon and Midi-Pyrénées.
While Languedoc-Roussillon remains synonymous with its rich wine heritage, this new region encompasses several departments, including the Gard, Hérault, Aude, and Pyrénées-Orientales.
It’s important to note that some resources may still refer to Languedoc-Roussillon; therefore, using both the old and new names can be helpful when searching for locations.

Today Euzet remains a great location for exploring this diverse region and recharging your batteries all year round.
At its centre is the old hameau of ancient stone houses, a little park, a chapel and a protestant temple.
The village enjoyed its heyday in the 19th century thanks to its thermal baths which were directed by Doctor Perrier - of the world famous Perrier natural mineral water - until 1912.
The mountain of Euzet-les-Bains is made up of this Cretaceous limestone known as Urgonian, as are many remarkable sites in the region: Mont Bouquet, the Ardèche Gorges, Méjannes-le-Clap and the Gardon Gorges.
The historic Mineral Spa was established by visionary Dr. Perrier. Renowned for its healing waters, it became a haven for natural well-being in the tranquil Cévennes foothills.
Though its golden era has passed, its legacy of health and serenity endures, enriching the area’s charm.

Hidden in the rugged Cévennes landscape, they stored food and ammunition for the Protestant rebels. Accessible via local walking trails, these caves echo a powerful legacy of resilience.
